Monthly Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in Australia.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of TACO are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter the competition, participants must follow the specified guidelines provided on TACO's official website or social media platforms.
  • Each participant is allowed to submit one entry per competition month.

3. Duration:

  • The competition will run monthly, starting from the first day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59 PM AEST on the last day of that month.

4. Discount Code Prize:

  • The discount code can only be used for purchases made on TACO's official website and is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
  • The draw will take place within five days after the competition end date, and the winner will be notified through the contact information provided during entry.

6. Prize Claim:

  • The winner must respond to the notification within seven days from the date of initial contact to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, another winner will be selected.

7. Publicity Release:

  • By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to allow TACO to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

8. Data Privacy:

  • Participants' personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with TACO's privacy policy.

9. General Conditions:

  • TACO reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the competition's rules or terms and conditions.
  • TACO also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, if necessary, due to reasons beyond its control.

10. Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws set in Victoria, Australia. 
  • Any disputes arising from the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts set in Victoria, Australia.
